Fantastic way to brighten up dreary days. Did you do this with food colouring? Considering doing the same to my campus in Keele University considering the horrible weather recently.
Yes, it is food coloring and whole milk. It needed to be somewhat opaque, so I poured in a bunch of milk first. Good luck and send photos if you do it.
