Long time, no posts. Because I spent half a year moving, I also spent the longest time without making art since I was in my teens. It seems fitting, then, that the first thing I’m sharing is this wall mural I painted to spruce up our new house. The plants depicted are all native to Oregon: salmonberry, cascara, hardhack, Oregon oxalis, daggerpod, red huckleberry, Chinese caps, creamcups, and snowberry.

I’m really relieved to be done moving too! Luckily, it was worth it. I would love to make this into wallpaper; I’ll have to do some research.
It’s beautiful.
Enjoy your new home.
Thanks so much!
